These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of NSMQ Contest ("the App"), developed by Project VIEW. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the App

NSMQ Contest is an unofficial, fan-made quiz training game inspired by the National Science & Maths Quiz (NSMQ). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the organisers of the NSMQ. All names, marks, and content belonging to the competition or its owners remain their property.

2. Accounts

• You must sign in with a Google account to play.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile information.
• One person may maintain a single profile. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards is not allowed.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: exploit or cheat the game, use bots or automated tools to play, misrepresent your identity, abuse other users, or attempt to disrupt the service.

4. Scores and leaderboards

Scores are calculated automatically by the game. We may verify profiles and remove scores obtained through cheating or misuse. We reserve the right to reject or remove any profile or entry at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its code, design, and original content are the property of Project VIEW. The NSMQ name and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used here only for identification in a fan context.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project VIEW is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. The App is for training and entertainment; it is not affiliated with the official competition or its scoring.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
